By accessing or using the VoiceCoach AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account and use VoiceCoach AI. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using VoiceCoach AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

VoiceCoach AI is an artificial intelligence-powered voice coaching platform that provides real-time feedback, analysis, and coaching for improving your speaking skills. The service includes features such as speech analysis, practice sessions, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

You must create an account to access the full features of VoiceCoach AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You must notify LEADSPIRE LTD immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

VoiceCoach AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use our coaching services. Credit purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy, and are non-transferable between accounts. Pricing for credits is displayed on our platform and may be updated from time to time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency unless required by applicable law.

You agree to use VoiceCoach AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of the service. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or proprietary technology. Any violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate termination of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the VoiceCoach AI platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of LEADSPIRE LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the audio content you submit, but grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEADSPIRE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoiceCoach AI. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of VoiceCoach AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

LEADSPIRE LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
