This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our VoiceCoach AI platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your name, email address, and payment details. When you use our voice coaching services, we collect audio recordings, transcripts, and analytics data generated during your practice sessions. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns to improve our services and ensure platform security. If you apply to coach on VoiceCoach, we also collect the identity document (passport or national ID card), proof of address and any certificates you upload. Our own team reviews them to verify your identity; they are kept in private storage in the United States, are not shared with any identity-verification provider, and are deleted when you delete your account.

We use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our voice coaching services, including generating AI-powered feedback and tracking your progress over time. Your data helps us personalize your experience, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotional offers. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for research and development purposes to enhance our AI models and service quality.

LEADSPIRE LTD does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, processing payments, or analyzing usage patterns, provided they agree to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Voice recordings and session data are retained for a period of 12 months following your last active session unless you request earlier deletion. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes. Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in the United States. As a UK-based controller we transfer personal data outside the UK under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which our hosting and processing providers are bound by.

You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@voicecoach.studio. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to certain uses of your data. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You can also export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
