Who we accept

  • Professional background in one of: hiring / recruiting, sales, exec comms, PR, negotiation, public speaking, performance management
  • Verifiable credentials: LinkedIn profile with 3+ years in your domain, plus one of (industry certification, published testimonial, employer history)
  • A passport or national ID card and a recent proof of address, uploaded after we approve your application and reviewed by our own team
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • A bank account in your name that we can pay by bank transfer
